SHR is a certified TripConnect Premium Partner with TripAdvisor, so any hotel utilizing WindsurferCRS can connect to this channel. The program is designed to help guests feel secure about booking new hotels, while empowering hoteliers to build direct relationships with these guests to build brand loyalty.

Google Hotel Ads Commission Program

SHR was selected by Google to participate in the next round of Beta testing for the new Google Hotel Ads Commission Program. This channel offers direct bookings for hotels, and commission is only paid on consumed reservations.

  • Filter by Attributes: Guests can choose filters when searching for rooms at your hotel.
  • More Compact Layouts: Easier to view multiple hotel results.

Add-Ons Enhancements

  • Inventory: apply inventory allotments to add-on items within WindsurferCRS
  • Blackout Dates: implement blackout dates add-ons independent of the add-on in the availability section of WindsurferCRS
  • Scheduling: set add-ons as arrival date only or departure date only

Shopping Cart Enhancements

  • Deposits: deposit amount is now shown as a separate line item in the cart view
  • Confirmation Page: added messaging for reservations that cannot be modified and added a Resend Confirmation Email widget
